How is the price calculated?
The fare is fixed when you book and does not change afterwards. It is calculated from the route, the vehicle class and any extras, then held. Airport parking, drop-off charges, the Congestion Charge and ULEZ are already inside it. There is no surge pricing and nothing is settled with the driver at the end.
What happens if my flight is delayed?
Nothing, and it costs nothing. Flights are tracked from departure, so dispatch works from the actual landing time. Complimentary waiting of 60 minutes starts once you are on the ground, reduced to 30 minutes at London City where baggage reclaim is quicker.
Are your chauffeurs licensed and checked?
Yes. Every chauffeur holds a Transport for London private hire licence and passes an enhanced DBS check. Vehicles carry full commercial hire and reward insurance. Corporate accounts can request the documentation directly.
Do you charge extra at night or on holidays?
No. Dispatch is staffed 24 hours a day, every day of the year, and bank holidays carry no surcharge. A 04:00 departure and a post-midnight arrival are priced the same as any other journey.
Can I book for someone else?
Yes. Enter the passenger's name and number so the chauffeur can reach them directly, and the confirmation still comes to you. This is how most corporate and event bookings are made. For anything more complex, the contact page reaches the dispatch desk.
